A little twisted
I turned my head, slowly, quietly, as if, not to disturb a little white mouse. And then I saw. I turned my head quickly away and pinched myself, this must be a dream, I came here to escape them, I thought. Time went by and I faced reality, when I heard a voice whisper, "Where am I?" I turned my head and there he sat, eyes wide and tensing muscles. I didn't answer, but I thought.
How is this possible? How could he grab onto me when he was in a wheel chair? I mean, he could jump out of a wheel chair with broken legs, but if so, why isn't he crying, or looks like he's in pain? Right, boys, they don't show emotion. Duh.
Malcom. Malcom now stared me in the eyes. His eyes showed embarrassment, confused, and little bit of anger. "Where am I?!?" He know shouted. "Welcome to the afterlife." I whispered. I then suddenly felt a rush of anger, than sadness, then confused, and then happy, to mad, to so stressed I forgot to breath. Next thing I knew he was shouting at me "Breathe Jane! Breathe! Your face is turning purple!" The stress feeling then past and I breathed the air again. But it wasn't over. Malcom started turning brown, like an old banana, crinkling into a ball. He shouted for help and I tried to run over, but I was stuck to the ground. Malcom now screamed like a little girl, as he was sucked into the ground. I screamed, then cried. I'm useless. I thought.
My attention then turned to a noise, a scratchy, squeaky noise. Then a laugh, an evil laugh, a cruel laugh. It continued and I covered my ears with my hands, curled into a ball and cried more. I was scared, more scared then I have ever been in my whole life. Suddenly, out of know where, my mum, dad, sister, and brother appeared. They were in front of me saying 'stay strong', one by one, and then chanting it all together. I then remembered I have a sister and brother. I had forgotten about them. Totally. I then cried even harder, screamed for help, until I had no voice. Then came a stabbing pain in my wrist and then my back. I released my aching arms from my tight ball, helplessly. Shaking pain, then numbness came to my legs, as I fell into a deep, black, hole. Down Down Down...
A gasp and a bright, white glare.
